Privacy

Information used by the shop

Your bag and cookie preference are saved in this browser. When you sign in, the bag is also saved to your account so you can continue on another device. Sign-in uses your verified mobile number or Google account details. When checkout is available, we collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address and order information to take payment, fulfil your order and provide support. Essential cookies protect your account and access to your orders. Sign-in persists for up to 30 days on your device and expires on the server; logout revokes that session immediately. You can also check out as a guest, with private order access saved in your checkout browser for 30 days. When sign-in is available, verifying the checkout mobile or signing in with a matching Google-hosted email lets you access matching guest orders on another device. We use a protected index to locate those orders and never expose them on the basis of an unverified number. Signing out removes the account bag from this browser; it remains saved to your account.

Payments & service providers

Razorpay handles payment credentials. We store order references and payment status; we do not store your full card number, card security code or payment OTP. The website uses Vercel hosting and persistent order storage. If enabled, our transactional email provider receives the contact and order information needed to send order updates. Delivery providers receive the information needed to ship orders.

Optional analytics

When Google Analytics is configured, it loads only if you choose “Allow analytics”. We also keep aggregate daily page and shopping-event counts in our own store database when analytics is allowed, without names, contact details or customer identifiers. These counts power our private operations dashboard. With analytics permission, we also measure screen-size categories, colour choices and scroll depth. Short campaign labels and the referring website domain are stored in this browser session, with a 30-minute inactivity timeout. The last tagged source is saved with a new order so our private dashboard can relate campaigns to verified purchases. We do not store full referring URLs or send customer contact details in these events. Google Analytics measures page visits and shopping steps such as product views, bag changes and completed purchases. Our tracking code excludes names, email addresses, phone numbers and delivery addresses. Advertising signals and ad personalisation are disabled. You can change your choice using “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

Google receives technical information when its tag is allowed. See Google’s privacy policy. Declining analytics does not prevent shopping.

Collection emails

If newsletter signup is enabled, we save your email and explicit subscription choice. You can unsubscribe using the link included in a collection email. Transactional order messages are separate from collection emails.

Retention & requests

We retain information needed to fulfil orders, resolve support issues and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. To ask about access, correction, deletion or newsletter removal, use the support contact on our contact page. Some order records may need to be retained after an account or subscription is removed.
