Measure a tee you already own
- Lay it flat without stretching. Measure across the chest just below the armpits; double this width for the chest circumference.
- Measure length from the highest shoulder point beside the collar to the bottom hem.
- Measure shoulder seam to shoulder seam, then sleeve length from the shoulder seam to the cuff.
Use inches or centimetres consistently (1 inch = 2.54 cm). Compare garment measurements, not body measurements or model appearance.
