Delivery within India
Printed within 1 day. This preparation window is separate from dispatch and courier delivery.
We deliver across India. Estimated within 10 calendar days of placing your order. This estimate starts on the order date, not the dispatch date, and includes production and transit time. Courier delays, weather or remote-area routing may affect the estimate; contact support if your order has not arrived within 10 days.
Standard shipping is free on prepaid orders, with no minimum order value. Cash on delivery is not available. Pay online using the methods available in Razorpay checkout.
Tracking is added to your order page after courier handover. Please provide a complete address, correct PIN code and reachable phone number. If we cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you and offer a full refund rather than impose an undisclosed charge.
Returns & exchanges
Request a return or a size exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with original tags attached. Trying on an item indoors to check the fit is allowed. We cover standard return shipping and one size exchange per item. Contact support with your order number before sending anything back; we will provide return instructions. If pickup is unavailable, we will arrange an alternative or agree a reasonable prepaid self-shipping cost with you. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us as soon as you discover the issue and include photos if available. An unboxing video is helpful but is not mandatory. The 7-day change-of-mind window does not limit remedies available for defective or incorrectly supplied goods. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method, not store credit. Replacement delivery is estimated within 10 calendar days after the returned item is received and checked.
Cancellations & refunds
Request cancellation within 1 hour of ordering and before printing starts. After printing starts, we cannot guarantee cancellation; the return policy still applies. If an order cannot be fulfilled or delivered, we will contact you and offer a refund. Approved cancellations are refunded in full. For returns, we initiate the refund within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item; cancellation refunds are initiated within 7 business days of approval. Refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the amount. No cash-on-delivery orders are accepted.
